Father Josiah booth was borne in North Eastern Ohio in the Village of Navarre, close to Canton. Son of a steel worker, school secretary, brother to one sister who is a chiropractor. He enjoyed involvement with his local church of Saint Clement. At 18 he entered seminary at the Pontifical College Josiphinum, left the seminary to study at Franciscan University of Steubenville and study abroad. He affiliated with the Diocese of Covington and then studied at the Arch Abby of saint Vincent. Father Booth was ordained to the Order of the Priesthood by the grace of God at the hands of Bishop Foys on June 21, 2014. Father Booth was Parochial Vicar at Saint Patrick’s parish in Maysville, Chaplin to its high school and religion teacher. Father was then appointed to be Pastoral Administrator of Saints Charles and Saint Rose in Mason and Fleming counties. Personally, he enjoys Music, Cooking, youth ministry, reading, video games, movies, and (naturally) ministry to God’s people. His personal motto is “Resurrexit.”
